Make Your
Home More Livable

Our home modification and project management program will make your home more livable, to better fit your evolving needs. We will consult with you as we develop a design that meets specific requirements, so you can continue to enjoy your home. Our services include work both inside and outside of your home.

These modifications include everything from the installation of grab bars in their shower to the renovation of an entire bathroom or home. Some of the specific modifications these renovations will include are higher cabinets, walk-in showers, raised toilets, stairlifts, and exterior/interior ramps.

+TONY AND ASHLEY MAKE A DYNAMIC DUO

Home Modification
and Project Management With A Physical Therapy Eye In Mind
Tony also uses the experience and expertise of his
daughter, Ashley, a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, to help clients with mobility limitations to determine the placement of grab bars, ramps, and other devices. Together, Tony and Ashley make a dynamic duo!

+ My Why

Where it all began “In 2004 after my daughter, Ashley, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. We found it very difficult to get her upstairs to her bedroom. We purchased and installed a stair lift to allow access to the upstairs shower, but we also turned our living room into her bedroom which she occupied most of the time. The living room had two entrances. For the small entrance, near the powder room I purchased wood bi-fold doors at home depot, installed a track and fitted the opening for the doors. For the larger opening just off the foyer I installed two French doors with glass. I installed curtains on the doors to give her privacy when needed. We purchased a hospital bed, built shelving and painted the space to make the room comfortable and look like a bedroom.”

Safety – Building With
Your Future In Mind
Tony Ivey, CFO, Project Manager/Engineer

As a teenager, Tony's favorite high school classes were woodworking and drafting. These courses developed his passion for construction, leading him to make home repairs to his parent's home. Tony completed his formal education in construction by acquiring a B.S Degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University. His 20 years of construction experience have helped him to develop a keen eye for detail and excellence.

My first livability assessment/project was one that I built myself. We had a male patient that was a Quadriplegic. Due to numerous medical bills, his family could not afford a mat table that the therapist suggested to assist with therapy sessions. I went to the store, purchased the materials, and built a large mat table with the tools in my garage at no cost to the family. We delivered it to him and his family was very thankful. The mat table allowed more exercises during therapy sessions.
